Ray was born in Wellington Tx to Ray D. And Cloe T. Fitzer . He was preceed in death by his youngest two children Dustin Lee Fitzer and Becky Lynn Fitzer-Groves & also his parents. He left behind His wife Irene (Reeny) ,and one daughter ,two stepsons & one stepdaughter,6 grandsons and 1 grandaughter and a host of faimly and friends .
He is dearly missed and remembered by those he left behind
